Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is a £25 deposit to hold your slot, because appointments are limited and no-shows cost another client their place. It comes off the price of your treatment, or is refunded in full if you decide not to go ahead.
Does it hurt?
Most people describe it as a series of small pinpricks. Numbing cream is available and Noelli works slowly. If anything is uncomfortable, we stop.
Will people be able to tell?
That is the point of the whole practice. Retriva does not do fillers and does not chase volume, so the usual telltale signs are not on the table.
What if I decide not to go ahead?
Then you don’t. The consultation exists so you can make that decision with proper information. Nobody will chase you.
How long does it take?
